By default, the height of your walls and partitions is that of the floor on which they are modeled.
You can set the height of your walls.
Note:
You can set the height of your floors. By default, it is 250cm.
Set the HEIGHT of a wall
1/ Place yourself in 2D view: walls and partitions are only modelable in this view.
2/ Select one or more walls or partitions (multiple selection is possible by holding down the alt key)
3/ Click on the "properties" icon, you enter the settings of the wall or walls
4/ You can modify its height, after unchecking "up to the ceiling".
Attention:
By setting the height of your wall or partitions, make sure not to exceed the height of the floor, otherwise the walls will appear on the upper level in 3D.
Special cases: roof and stairs
It is not possible to model walls and partitions with variable heights, to fit under stairs or under a roof.
To model a partition under a staircase: we advise you to use the customizable shapes in the layout menu.
To model a partition cut by a roof: it is the modeling of your two-slope roof that will add the height of your partition.
