We are pleased to inform you that the bug that emerged following the previous correction (previous bug) was successfully resolved on 21/12/2023.
After thorough investigations by our technical team, we have identified and corrected the problem concerning the quality of exports.
You should now be able to export your files without encountering the problems you had previously with export quality, compromising the clarity and sharpness of the renderings.
To ensure that your plans are exported in the best possible quality, simply update your Chrome browser (v120).
To check your current version of Chrome
Click on Help > About Chrome.
