A number of users have reported that their plans are empty.
In 2D, the red square (center of the plan) is visible, but the walls or objects in the plan are not.
First, we invite you to zoom out as much as possible using your mouse's scroll wheel or the MINUS button in the navigation bar at the bottom of your screen. This will help you check if your plan is located in another part of the screen.
If this is not the case, feel free to contact us: via our support form, accessible in the Help & Support > Contact Support section
Our teams will do their best to fix the issue and, if possible, recover your plan.
