We would like to inform you of an upcoming intervention concerning our KazaPlan application scheduled for Tuesday 02/04/2024.

This intervention concerns the HD media and payment services for the purchase of credits.
And it aims to improve the security, performance and availability of our services, while complying with market IT standards in terms of design and development.
Risks and impacts :
During the intervention
-Customers will not be able to purchase HQ credits during the intervention.
- Inability to generate HQ content for end customers and media recovery.
- Credits will not be added when a new account is created, which could result in an inconsistent number of credits for some accounts.
ℹ️ Please note that a maintenance page will be set up for payment access and HD generation.
2024/04/03
Further to yesterday's intervention, HD generation is once again accessible thanks to the new version of API.
However, the maintenance page persists for the payment module ... the purchase of credits remains inaccessible.We are awaiting a correction from the supplier.
2024/04/04
Our payment supplier made the fix and provided us with new accesses.
Our team is working on it.
In the coming days, credit purchasing will be back up and running.
2024/04/12
We have successfully concluded our tests on the payment function in our test environments.
We plan to roll out this functionality early next week.
2024/04/15
Our development team activated the payment module for all partners.
Purchasing credits is back in operation 🎉.
