What should you do if this information modal appears when opening a plan?
If you encounter this information message when attempting to open a plan,
it is likely that you are trying to access a plan that does not belong to you or that you are not logged into the correct account.
Case 1. This plan does not belong to you:
Contact the owner of the plan and ask them to share it with you.
You will receive an editable and savable copy.
Case 2. This plan belongs to you:
If this plan belongs to you, can you please verify that you are logged in with the same email address used during the creation of this plan?
If the issue persists after this check, please contact support with the name of your plan and the email address of your account.
[Kozikaza Specificity - "public"/"private" plan status]
With the Kozikaza partner: plans are "private" by default.
From the plan gallery, you can change this status to make your plans viewable by others.
