It is possible to contact the Kazaplan support team directly from the 3D plan: 

- in case of issues with the 3D plan

- for educational requests

- to share any ideas you have for improving our tool together.

Step 1: Access the support form

1. At any time, you can click on the "?" icon in the header bar to open the help & support panel

2. then select "Contact support"

Step 2: Complete the support form

1. Please provide a subject and a description. 

2. You can attach one or more screenshots

3. It is necessary to allow Kazaplan to collect information about your configuration and profile. This will greatly facilitate the analysis of your issues by our technical team. 

4. Finally, click on "send".
