[2024.05] Problem displaying customisable shapes in HQ renders & Temporary solution

Dear User,

We have received feedback regarding display problems where an image or material on a custom shape appears black when generating HQ renderings (as shown in the figure below).

While we wait for the fix currently under development, we suggest a workaround: flip the panels over and reintegrate the images.

We have tested this alternative and it works well. Indeed, while it is impossible to notice that the panel is upside down in 3D, it is visible in HQ. This is why the back of the panels is black.
