Hello,
We aim to make editing walls, partitions, and boundaries increasingly easy, fast, and precise.
Developments in Recent Months
We have already improved the ergonomics of wall, partition, and boundary drawing
- by enhancing the representation of walls
- by improving the design of dimensions
- by enabling wall editing via the keyboard
- by adding instructional messages.
We have added a preview of your modifications to facilitate understanding your choices when editing the length of walls, partitions, or boundaries.
New Development
We are currently working on highlighting the feature of adding points to a wall.
A double click on a wall already allowed you to add a point and thus split the wall into two sections.
It is now possible to select and add a point from the contextual menu of the wall or boundary.
Why add a point to a wall?
- To move a portion of the wall and transform a rectangular room into an L-shaped room.
- To have a difference in thickness or height on two consecutive walls
- To apply different coatings (although we recommend using decorative zones for this use case)
See you soon,
The Kazaplan Team
