Deleting a plan will also delete its associated media: HD, 360°, screenshots, product lists, surface tables...
After deleting the plan, these will no longer be accessible.
We recommend downloading your media before deleting your plan.
Case 1. You have not yet deleted the plan
1. Go to your plan gallery by clicking on your avatar in the header bar, then on "My plans".
2. Open the content of your plan by clicking on "view details" of the plan you wish to delete. All media for this plan will be displayed.
3. Download the media you wish to keep one by one. You will find them in the "My Downloads" folder on your computer.
4. You can then delete your plan.
Case 2. You deleted the plan less than 30 days ago.
If you deleted the plan less than 30 days ago, you can still restore your plan and download your media.
Note: This functionality is not available on the Kozikaza partner platform.
1. Go to your plan gallery by clicking on your avatar in the header bar, then on "My plans".
2. Open your deleted plans gallery by activating the "view deleted plans" button.
3. Restore your plan. Your plan will reappear in your plan gallery.
4. Return to your plan gallery by deactivating the "view deleted plans" button.
5. Open the content of your plan by clicking on "view details" of the plan you wish to delete. All media for this plan will be displayed.
6. Download the media you wish to keep one by one. You will find them in the "My Downloads" folder on your computer.
7. You can then delete your plan.
Case 3. You deleted the plan more than 30 days ago.
If you deleted the plan more than 30 days ago, it is too late to recover the media associated with this plan.
You may be able to find the receipt emails for HD and 360° in your email inbox.
As for screenshots, product lists, and surface tables, you may find them in the "My Downloads" folder on your computer. Note that the media name always includes the plan name. You can search for it using CTRL + F.
