Create your balcony

Do you want to add a balcony to your house in Kazaplan?

Follow these simple steps to create and customize your balcony:

Step 1: Select the Wall Tool

1. After creating your floor plan, go to the "Build" menu.
2. Select the "Wall" tool in the "Walls & Dividers" category.

Step 2: Draw Your Balcony

1. Using the "Wall" tool, draw your balcony in the room of your choice by clicking and dragging the mouse to define its shape.
2. Note that you can choose the thickness of the wall before starting the drawing.

Step 3: Configure Wall Properties

1. Once the balcony is drawn, you need to configure the wall properties.
2. Uncheck the "Up to Ceiling" option.
3. Enter the desired height for the railings of your balcony.
4. Repeat this step for all walls of the balcony.

Step 4: Switch to 3D View

1. Switch to 3D view to visualize your balcony.
2. Now you can decorate your balcony to give it a more realistic look. For example, you can apply a metal effect or other textures according to your preferences.

Step 5: Remove the Balcony Ceiling

1. Go back to 2D view.
2. Click on your balcony to select it.
3. Access the balcony's "Properties" by clicking on it.
4. Uncheck the "Ceiling" option to remove the ceiling from your balcony.

Step 6: Customize Balcony Details

1. Take the opportunity to further customize your balcony by choosing the appropriate room type (e.g., "Balcony").
2. Give it a name.
3. Modify the thickness of the balcony slab if necessary.
