ADD an object or furniture

You can furnish your plan in both 2D and 3D. To add a piece of furniture, go to the Arrange menu on the left of your screen. You will find various furnishings and objects available.

Before you add a piece of furniture, make sure you are on the floor where you want to add it.

• In 2D

Select the piece of furniture you want to add.

A drawing of the piece of furniture will appear on your plan. This follows your cursor. All you need to do is move it into position and click to drop it.

Note: In 2D, the exact dimensions of your furniture's position in the room are displayed. 

• In 3D

To make furnishing a room in 3D easier, we recommend that you Enable wall transparency in the toolbar.

The process for the 3D view is the same as for the 2D view. The furniture will appear in your plan, following your cursor. All you need to do is move it into position and click to drop it.

 Tip: You can select multiple items in both 2D and 3D. To do so, select your furnishings while holding down your keyboard's Ctrl key, or fn + control on Mac.

Tip: When you place a piece of furniture, the Arrange menu remains open on the left of your screen at all times to make it easy to add more furnishings.
