What is a 360° HD capture?
It is a panoramic photo assembled to cover a wide field of view of up to 360 degrees.
How to create a 360° HD capture?
From the menu at the bottom of your screen, select the "HD" tab:
A new interface opens to allow you to set the expected rendering.
Select the 360° mode, you then switch to tour mode:
Choose the perfect angle for your 360° HD:
While remaining in tour mode, position yourself in the center of the room or in a corner, facing the entire room. You can adjust the camera height with the small scroll bar (between the figures) and navigate through your plan with the keyboard arrows. When you have found your ideal angle, click on the camera icon:
Optimal settings for HD captures
We offer optimized settings for the scene based on where the camera is located (outdoor or indoor, in 3D or in tour mode). However, you can customize these settings to change the light position or the environment around your scene. To access these settings, simply uncheck the default "optimal settings" option in the "Light & Shadow" tab:
You will then have access to various options that will no longer be grayed out:
Light settings
Scene environment settings
The environment is available only in tour mode. Different environments are available. When you click on an environment, it appears in the background of your HD.
How to check my available credits?
Available credits appear in the bottom right corner of your screen:
- You have available credits, the HD capture will be generated after your click and you will receive your HD capture about 30 minutes later.
- You do not have available credits, you will need to order them by clicking on the "reload" button.
Astuce: You can generate an HD capture from this menu by deactivating the 360 button:
Tips:
- The gallery will allow you to view all your completed HD captures. See the tutorial: media gallery
- The 360° HD capture can be shared on Facebook, Momento 360, and Google Photos and viewed in 360 immersion. If you have a Google Cardboard, you can fully immerse yourself in the 360° rendering via your phone.
