Sending your browser's console

In case of a bug, we may ask you for a screenshot of your console in order to analyze and solve the problem.

How to display the console?

ON WINDOWS : 

Simply press the F12 key on your keyboard. A window will open on the right or at the bottom of your browser, click on the Console tab. (If this manipulation shows you the brightness, press "Fn" and "F12" at the same time).

Remember to select the CONSOLE tab and "errors only" as below:

On MAC :

Simply press the "COMMAND", "OPTION" and "i" keys simultaneously.

How to send us the screenshot?

Press the "SCREEN PRINT" key on your keyboard (sometimes you have to use the "Fn" key at the same time) and then respond by copying the image by pressing the "CTRL" + "V" keys simultaneously.

How to find the version of your browser?

Google Chrome :

Click on the icon located on the right of the address bar, represented by 3 horizontal lines, then on "About Google Chrome".

Firefox :

Click on "?" represented by a question mark and then on "About Firefox".

Safari :

Click on "Help" if you are on a PC or "Safari" if you are on a MAC and then on "About Safari".
